Individual solution for mapping the core process
The RWS Group is a medium-sized service network with roots throughout central Germany and a total of 3,500 employees, offering services in the areas of catering, building services and security. Our project work relates to the catering business.
RWS Catering’s system landscape consisted of many different individual solutions with unsatisfactory functionality. Working with the systems was not intuitive, and many processes had to be handled manually with considerable effort. Additionally, the company is characterized by being flexible and adapting to the circumstances of the facilities it supplies. As a result, existing software solutions were unable to fully map the processes, which increased the workload enormously and complicated the work.
Individual solution
Development of modern, interoperable system components for the segments of offer generation, price calculation, customer management and billing. In addition, a user-friendly portal and app solution tailored to the company was provided for end customers to manage, order and cancel meals in kindergartens, schools and retirement homes. Furthermore, a centralized data platform including a data warehouse was implemented for efficient data communication and advanced analysis of relevant information.
We were able to focus and optimize the processes. The administrative work for the configuration of supply contracts and prices was bundled in Admin Dashboard.
