
Hotel app with guest management
Travdo is an expanding hotel chain with over 20 locations across Germany and more than 500 employees. The company is currently undergoing a strategic restructuring aimed at optimizing both internal processes and its overall system landscape. As part of this transformation, the transition to a modern booking system and a comprehensive relaunch of the corporate website are planned. The company currently does not have a mobile application and has problems in data quality related to hotel customers, as well as in creating effective incentive systems for long-term customer retention.
Individual solution
A multifunctional mobile app was developed for Android and iOS that allows users to create individual customer accounts. Within the app, users can search for hotels using map views, geographic proximity, and other customizable filters. They can also view their past trips and collect loyalty points for hotel bookings, which can be redeemed for attractive rewards. A centralized customer management system was implemented, enabling the analysis of travel behavior and the management of services such as newsletters and fan club memberships.
